VETOPEN 40® (Powder for Injection) Broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic that keeps Vetopen 40® ahead of everyone in the treatment field.
Composition: Each vial contains: Procaine Penicillin BP 3,000,000 IU and Benzathine Penicillin Sodium BP 1,000,000 IU.
Indications: Cattle, Buffalo, Horse, Sheep, Goat, Dog & Cat: Actinomycosis, Anthrax, Black Quarter, Bacterial Diarrhea, Foot Rot, Leptospirosis, Malignant Edema, Pneumonia, Navel ill, Kala Azar or Ghasfa, Mastitis, Metritis, Streptococcal Infection, Bronchitis, Tetanus, Pyogenic infections and infections caused by other penicillin-sensitive organisms.
Dosage and Administration: The injection should be administered by deep intramuscular injection. VETOPEN 40® Injection in a vial should be mixed with 10 ml of Water for Injection and can be used for up to 24 hours. Continue treatment for 1-2 days after the disappearance of disease symptoms.
