We have two types of Shipping/Delivery systems depending on the Order Type:

• Regular Order
• Negotiable Order

Regular Order:

Cash on Delivery/Bkash/Bank Deposite: 

1. When an order is confirmed the courier will pick up the product from the vendor. 
2. Courier will deliver the product to the Customer in 2-5 days inside Dhaka and 3-10 days outside Dhaka (after the order is placed)
3. In case of Cash On Delivery, the customer will make the payment to the courier after receiving the product, Or the customer can pay through Bkash or Bank transfer while placing the order.

Negotiable Order:

If the ordered products are Perishable or the shipping cost is unknown (Shipping cost can vary depending on the delivery address and order size) then the Agromukam will communicate to the vendor for delivery arrangements and also contact the customer to confirm the delivery cost and delivery time. If the customer and vendor agree on the delivery arrangements, Agromukam will confirm the order and the customer has to make an Advance payment.

Advance Payments:

Partial Payments:

1. According to vendors' requirements, agromukam will request the customer to make a partial payment to start the delivery process.
2. The customer will pay the due amount after the product is delivered.

Full Payments: 

1. For some products (sensitive, highly perishable) vendors might require full payment before the product is shipped. In that case, agromukam will request the customer to make the full payment to start the delivery process.
