Composition:
Each 100 gm Masticare Plus contains -
Vitamin A - 5000 IU, Lactobacillus -100 Million Spores & Amino Nitrogen -166.67 mg with fortified calcinated base.
Indication:
To overcome subclinical mastitis in lactating cows due to known and unknown origin causing inflammation and drop in milk productions.
Mode of action:
Vitamin A in Masticare Plus helps to promote epithelial integrity, secretory activity and restitution of damaged mucosa, forming scar-free tissue. Lactobacillus competitively antagonizes and inhibits pathogenic organisms. Aminonitrogen induces non-specific immunity by way of reactive proteins and is also bacteriostatic and bactericidal through Lactoperoxidase system. Aminonitrogen also brings about an improvement in the levels of transferrins and lactoferrins thereby exerting a bacteriostatic effect.
Dosage and Administration:
For Pregnant and lactating cow: 30 gm twice daily for 3 to 5 days.
