Compossion

Each bolus contains Levamisole (as HCl) BP 600 mg.

Indications

Levavet (Levamisole) is effective against the following parasites:

Stomach : Haemonchus, Ostertagia sp etc.

Small Intestine : Cooperia, Trichostrongylus, Bunostomum etc.

Large Intestine : Oesophagostomum, Trichuris etc.

Lung : Dictyocaulus viviparous.

Dosage & Administration 

Dose - 8 mg/kg body weight single oral dose. Body weight

10-20 kg 1/4 bolus

21-40 kg 1/2 bolus

41-75 kg 1 bolus

76-150 kg 2 boli

151-225 kg 3 boli

226-300 kg 4 boli

301-375 kg 5 boli

376-450 kg 6 boli

LEVAVET bolus may be administered with water or feed (like molasses) or administered wrapping with banana-leaf directly.
