Pharmacology :
Hameco-PH is a mixture of organic acids & fatty acids. It decreases intestinal PH up to 4-5, in which colliform bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella spp., Clostridium sp., & Staphylococcus sp. can not survive. But this condition is more favourable for the beneficial bacteria in intestine. Hameco-PH increases the secretion of Pancreatic juice (Trypsin, Lipase & Amylase), hence increases the metabolism of Protein, Fat & Carbohydrate. As a result increases FCR. It helps in enzyme production, Digestion & absorption. Due to use of Hameco-PH antibiotic (specially Oxytetracyclin & growth promoter) reaches to highest concentration in blood. (Wyatt and Miller, 1984). Hameco-PH helps in absorption of minerals from the intestine. It maintains the stability of beneficial intestinal bacteria. It is helpful for the development of immunity. Due to it´s buffering action intestinal PH never decreases below 4. Hameco-PH is produced naturally & each Litre contains 3600 K. Cal metabolic energy.
The organic acid (HCOOH) penetrates the cell membrane of bacteria. Inside the cell, the acid dissociates according to internal PH: acid < - > anion and H+ (proton). The H+ (Proton) decreases PH inside the cell. The bacteria use its energy resources trying to eliminate the protons, as a result the bacteria dies. Anions of organic acids deactivate RNA transferase enzyme, which damage nucleic acid multiplication process and eventually result in death of organism.
Indication :
To maintain balance between helpful & harmful bacteria in intestine of animal & birds; non-specific diarrhea; in stress condition ( which causes - recurrent diarrhoea, mortality, decrease production, increases the virulency of diseases, hampers to develop immunity in the body after vaccination).

Use 5-7 days for treatment, may be use few weeks if necessary. And for prevention of diseases one time ( 6-8 hours) daily for 5-7 days.
