Product Description
Composition :
Each gm powder contains Erythromycin Thiocyanate INN 180 mg, Sulphadiazine BP 150 mg, Trimethoprim BP 30 mg.
Uses :
The product is effective against the following diseases—
Micoplasma, CRD, Infectious Coryza, Pullorum Disease, Fowl Typhoid, Fowl Cholera, Coli septicemia, Enteritis, Bronchopneumonia.
The product is specially indicated while antibiotic and chemotherapeutic do not work effectively against the above mentioned diseases in cases of resistance problem.
Dosage & Administration :
0.5-1 gm per liter of drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days. The medicated water should be freshly prepared each day & the birds must not be allowed any excess water during treatment through the medicated water.
Or as prescribed by the registered veterinary doctor.
Contraindication :
The drug should not be used in animals hypersensitive to any of these active ingredients.
Adverse effects :
There is no prominent side effect of this drug while used in recommended dosage.
Precaution :
The drug should be withdrawn 5 days prior to slaughter. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
Drug Interaction :
Concurrent administration with Cimetidine & Chloramphenicol may reduce the efficacy.
