Composition:
Each gm powder contains Andrographis paniculata 100 mg
Mode of action:
Andrographolide inhibits glycoprotein synthesis of virus and inhibit attachment of virus with cell. It also impedes viral ability to invade cells and impairs viral replication.
Andrographis increase secretion of interferons and improves the activity of lymph system. Thus stops proliferation of virus.
Indication:
- Prevent and treat viral diseases.
- Reduce toxicity in liver.
- Improve immunity.
- Reduce inflammation.
- Ensure growth of poultry.
Dosage and Administration:
In poultry: it is used in finished feed as follows-
Prevention: 2 mg/Kg body weight or, 1 gm powder for 50 kg B.W for 5-7 days.
Treatment: 4 mg/kg body weight or, 1 gm powder for 25 kg B.W for 5-7 days.
Drug Interaction:
It is compatible with all antibiotics and feed ingredients used in poultry feed rations.
