Product Specifications
Product Composition 500 mg IM injection: Each vial is sterile Ceftriaxone sodium USP is equivalent to ceftriaxone 500 mg. 1 g IM injection: Each vial contains sterile ceftriaxone Sodium USP which is equivalent to ceftriaxone 1 gm. 2 g IM injection: Each vial contains sterile ceftriaxone sodium USP which is equivalent to 2 g of ceftriaxone.
Dosage & Usage
  • ACEF-3® (VET) should be administered deep intramuscularly or slowly intravenously.
  • Large animals (cattle, horses, camels):For 10 mg/kg body weight.
  • Small animals (calves, goats): 15-50 mg/kg body weight.
