Cidacot®
Composition:
Each 5 ml suspension contains Sulfamethoxazole BP 500 mg and Trimethoprim BP 100 mg.
Indications:
Poultry: Salmonellosis, Corynebacteriosis, Fowl Typhoid, Pasteurellosis, Gastroenteritis, Infectious Respiratory Disease (CRD), Enterobacteriosis, Enteritis Colitis, Coliform Diseases, Clostridial Enteritis, Proteobacterial Infections.

Therapeutic: 1 ml / 1.5 liters of drinking water for 4–6 days
(Preventive: 15 ml per kg of daily water requirement) |

Preventive: 1 ml / 1 liter of drinking water for 2–3 days |
Or as per the advice of a registered veterinarian.
Contraindications:
Not indicated in animals sensitive to the active ingredients.
Recommended Duration of Use:
Poultry: 5 days
Side Effects:
No significant side effects are observed in the recommended dosage. However, prolonged use may cause metachloropropionylthiourea toxicity and Vitamin K deficiency in some cases. In rare cases, hypochromic anemia may also be observed.
