Composition
Each bolus contains
Tetramisole HCI BP 2 g
Oxyclozanide BP 1.4 g.
Pharmacology
Tetramisole causes the neuromuscular paralysis of the worms & expels from host within 24 hours. Oxyclozanide inhibits oxidative phosphorylation of worms rendering destruction of metabolic processes resulting in death of worms.
Indications
Levanid Vet is a broad spectrum anthelmintic. It is active against liver fluke, roundworm, lungworm, whipworm, Paramphistomum spp.,
Moniezia spp., etc. in livestock.
Dosage & administration
Route of Administration: Oral
1 bolus/100-150 kg body weight.
Levanid Vet bolus can be administered directly into the mouth of the animals either by dissolving the bolus in water and given as a drench
or by mixing with any feed.
Or, as directed by the Registered Veterinary Physician.
Storage
Store below 30° C and dry place, protected from light.
Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
Packing
Each box contains 10×2 boli in blister strips.
