"dosage": "Route of administration : For deep Intramuscular use . Add 8.4 ml water for injection to Pronapen® 40 lac (vet) vial & administer at deep muscle as following Species on Body weight Daily dosage. Cattle, Buffaloes & Horse : Each 10 ml injection for 100 kg. Sheep & Goat : Each 1 ml Injection for 10 kg body weight should be repeated at 24 hours interval and should be used 2-3 days after the removal of disease symptom. Or, As directed by the Registered Veterinarian.",

As penicillin hypersensitivity may give rise to skin rash and anaphylaxis, it is advisable to perform test before administering Pronapen® 40 lac (vet) Injection. An anti-histaminic injection may be administered to avoid such reaction. Pronapen® 40 lac (vet) Injection is contra-indicated in animals hypersensitive to active ingredients .",
