Composition
Each ml oral solution contains Norfloxacin BP 100 mg.
Uses
Norvet oral solution is highly active in acute and chronic infections caused by
different bacteria and also mycoplasma in dairy and poultry e.g. UTI, GIT
Infection, RTI (E.coli, Salmonella spp.,Mycoplasma spp., Chlamydia spp. etc).
In case of intestinal diseases, it acts as a part of selectively GI purifier.
Dosage and Administration
Norvet oral solution should beadministered mixed with drinking water.
Administration should be continuing in disposed time.
This oral solution also used in poultry, turky, koel, gini-foul and another guest
birds. For the prevention and treatment 12 mg /kg body weight daily for 3-5
consecutive days. For use this dose 1mlNorvet should be mixed with 2 liter
drinking water. In salmonellosis treatment should be for 5-6 consecutive days.
Or, as directed by the registered Veterinarian.
Contraindication
Do not use with chloramphenicol, Macrolides antibiotics and Tetracyclines
Precaution After administration meat or egg should not be eaten for 4 (four) consecutive days.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place protected from light. Opened bottle to be close
tightly after use and use it as early as possible.
Keep all medicine out of reach of children.
