Magnesium: Magnesium is an essential electrolyte, acts as co-factor in numerous enzymes and involved in phosphate transfer, muscle
contractility & neuronal transmission.
Phosphorus: Phosphorus is a key component in energy & protein metabolism. It is also a structural part of bone. Hypophosphatemia may
occur in association with milk fever in dairy cows.
